These products have been sent out to be final tested and we should get our approval from our test customers to go into production in the next few weeks. We should be able to start deliveries within the next 4 weeks. Everything will be Quick Hitch compatible with a 2 year warranty and made in America by local fabricators and welders from your communities!

Please note that we will not ship anything until it passes our rigorist testing and then is sent out to some select customers for final “in field” use testing. Only after we get the thumbs up from 100% of those who tested the product in the field will we put it on our website. Quality is everything.

We are new to blogs, so don't be too hard on us. We wanted to provide a place for people to ask questions that others might also be interested in, so here it is.

Refunds and Returns:

Our margins are very tight for the quality of the products we sell and the prices we sell them at. We are very aggressive in our prices both for the products and the shipping, so we ask that you are sure of your purchase before you buy it to avoid any issues. We are available to answer any questions you might have to make sure that what you are buying is going to work for you.

If for some reason you need to return the product:

• You will need a RMA # from us first. No product will be accepted without one,
• All original packaging must be included and product must be packed and secured as you received it. The reason for this is some of the products we sell are very heavy and can be damaged in shipment if not secured within the package appropriately,
• Product must be in New, un-used, un-installed, resalable condition,
• If we send the wrong product or the product is not as described, there is NO CHARGE for shipping or restocking,
• You will have to pay for return shipping which we can schedule for you if you want,
• We will charge you any original shipping cost if it was included in your product,
• A restocking fee of 20% will apply,
• If all of the above conditions are not met, but we accept the return shipment; then in addition to the above, the actual costs to bring the product up to the resale standards will apply,
• No refund will be issued until the product is certified ready for resale, which could be the same day or many days depending on the product and the condition you returned it in.

We want to be transparent about how we do business and we believe most people are honest and trustworthy and won't abuse our desire to help people get the best tools at a reasonable price. Unfortunately there are some who are not and so we have had to come up with some additional policies for them, but rest easy we want your business and we want you to be happy with our products and to tell your friends about us. By purchasing form us, you and we agree to the following:

Cancellation of Order Before shipment takes place:

Due to charges we incur from the processing and shipping company, we will keep $5 for every transaction canceled before shipment and you may cancel your shipment for any reason. Does not apply to special purchases or customized items.

Cancellation of Order After shipment takes place:

If you contact us before you receive your order and we are able to recall the order, then we will only charge you the shipping fees associated with your order and a 15% restocking fee. Does not apply to special purchases or customized items.

Special Purchases or Customized Items:

Since they were purchased specifically for you or customized specifically for you, we offer no refunds.
