Do I need to register the product?
Since people buy our products as gifts, you the end user must register the product for coverage otherwise it will be warranted to the original purchaser for our standard period.
How does the Warranty work/How do I Obtain Service?
If you need Warranty coverage, send us an email requesting 100% Complete Full Lifetime Warranty coverage and we will reply with step by step instructions. Normally this will include things like your information, photos and description of the problem or item needing service.
Are there any charges when I use the 100% Complete Full Lifetime Warranty?
Normally you will need to pay for shipping both ways for the Warranted part or product so that we can evaluate what caused the claim and make our products better, don’t worry we can cross ship to get you up and running right away. We will also include a replacement fee of varying amounts depending on what the claim is for, not to exceed 50% of the new listed price for that part or product.
No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of HDExtremeTools LLC and we do reserve the right at our sole discretion to modify or cancel your 100% Complete Full Lifetime Warranty if we feel that you are abusing or intentionally mistreating the product or using it in a manner not intended for or that you are attempting to commit fraud.
