We offer 3 types of onsite service and once a mechanic starts your service he will not be pulled off your site to go work on someone
else’s equipment. The normal day ends at 2pm but it may be extended if needed:

Regular Onsite Service scheduled on a first come first serve bases M-F, 8am-2pm.
Note your appointment may be rescheduled.

Priority Onsite Service which is the next level up and means that as soon as a
mechanic is available he will be dispatched to your location M-F, 6am-6pm.

Emergency Onsite Service routes you to the first available mechanic 24 hours a day,
7 days a week including holidays. You will be contacted within 1 hour and a form of payment will be needed to talk to a mechanic or schedule onsite service.
