Refunds and Returns:
Our margins are very tight for the quality of the products we sell and the
prices we sell them at. We are very aggressive in our prices both for the products and the shipping, so we ask that you are sure of your purchase before you buy it to avoid any issues. We are
available to answer any questions you might have to make sure that what you are buying is going to work for you.
When you call us, you will get someone who knows about the stuff we sell, how to use it, what it is used for, along with the areas of farming, ranching and
construction. Yes it is a lot, but our job one is to have a satisfied customer!
If for some reason you need to return the product:
- You will need a RMA # from us first. No product will be accepted without one,
- All original packaging must be included and product must be packed and secured as you received it. The reason for this is some of the
products we sell are very heavy and can be damaged in shipment if not secured within the package appropriately,
- Product must be in New, un-used, un-installed, resalable condition,
- If we send the wrong product or the product is not as described, there is NO CHARGE
for shipping or restocking and we will cross ship the right item to you if you want along with a 5% discount,
- You will have to pay for return shipping which we can schedule for you if you want,
- We will charge you any original shipping cost,
- A restocking fee will apply,
- If all of the above conditions are not met, but we accept the return shipment; then in addition to the above, the actual costs to
bring the product up to resale standards will apply,
- No refund will be issued until the product is certified ready for resale, which could be the same day or many days depending on the
product and the condition you returned it in.
